Sam Dyer has been in business since 2009, starting his journey in marketing before moving into personal development and leadership coaching. Over the last seven years, Sam has focused on executive coaching and leadership development, working closely with senior leadership teams and boards.

Sam loves his job because it rarely feels like work—helping businesses and people navigate change is what drives him, and for Sam, it’s always about the people.

Outside of work, Sam is passionate about music and enjoys being in and around water, swimming in the sea year-round without a wetsuit. He also loves hiking, including memorable treks up Snowdon.
