Founder, Skora HR – A HR Business with people at it’s heart

Heidi is the founder of Skora HR, with almost 30 years of experience in HR across diverse industries. For the past four years, she has been helping businesses stay compliant with employment law while managing their people more effectively.

Heidi is known for her practical, commercial solutions and for truly understanding her clients’ operations. Before founding Skora HR, she was Senior VP of People at Carnival UK, overseeing HR for 17,500 employees.

Heidi holds a Master’s in Employment Law and is a Fellow of the CIPD. Outside of work, Heidi loves spending time with her children, cheering on their sports teams, and playing netball.
