With over three decades in financial services, Gary Wooding has built a career in specialist advisory and senior leadership roles. In 2019, he founded Dorset Mortgage Group, an award-winning mortgage advisory firm. His passion for property and helping clients secure their dream homes is what drives him every day.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys an active lifestyle, from cycling and paddle boarding to skiing and motorbiking. In the summer, he volunteers at music festivals with Oxfam.

Having only embraced networking fully in late 2023, Gary now sees it as a game-changer—building connections, friendships, and opportunities he wishes he had discovered sooner.
