Diane – Founder of Acquit

Diane is the driving force behind Acquit, bringing years of legal expertise and a results-driven approach to commercial debt recovery and outsourced credit control. With a background as a lawyer, she has a proven track record of helping businesses across the UK recover what they’re owed quickly, efficiently, and with professionalism. Her work is not tied to any specific location, allowing Acquit to serve clients nationwide with tailored solutions that include the preparation of legal proceedings when required.

Known for her approachable style and strong problem-solving skills, Diane is passionate about building lasting client relationships. She thrives on networking, enjoying the opportunity to meet like-minded professionals over a good breakfast and coffee, and values working in a region surrounded by beautiful countryside. Outside of work, she loves to travel, dine at excellent restaurants, and keep fit through weight training. She also enjoys local favourites such as Hotel Du Vin, Upton Country Park, St Tropez Lounge, and Bournemouth International Airport.

An excellent cook, an adventurer who can roll a canoe, and a lover of Barcelona, Diane is equally proud of her professional achievements and her role as a devoted mother to her son.
