TalkItOut Therapy, founded by Darren Northeast is a counselling service based in Bournemouth and Wimborne, offering individual and couples therapy in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Darren works with clients navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and identity – helping them process and move forward. One of the most rewarding moments this year has been hearing clients say, “You’ve changed my life.” Darren enjoys networking for the opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, discover new businesses, and find trusted services for everyday life.

He feels fortunate to work in such a well-connected and beautiful part of the UK, with coastlines, countryside, and great transport links all close by. Outside of work, Darren is passionate about travel – taking five or six holidays a year – with recent trips to Lanzarote, Dubai and Sicily, and more on the horizon.

He also enjoys reading, studying psychology, and cycling, having recently completed the 55-mile London to Brighton ride. Darren often spends time in Wimborne between client sessions or cycling along the coast from Sandbanks to Hengistbury Head.
