We’re regularly engaged to assist with solvent liquidations (MVLs), which are popular with entrepreneurs whose businesses have reached a natural conclusion. This process allows for the tax-efficient distribution of cash and assets to shareholders. We also handle insolvent liquidations (CVLs) for companies that can no longer trade due to overwhelming liabilities, as well as offering pre-insolvency advisory services to help business owners explore their options before taking next steps.

Although Certus IP Solutions has only been trading for three weeks, we’ve already received some lovely feedback and a number of positive testimonials from clients. It’s been an encouraging start, and we’re excited for what’s to come.

Being Poole born and bred, I love working locally. It’s incredibly rewarding to support businesses right on my doorstep, and I often arrange one-to-one meetings at independent cafés and restaurants across the area. There’s a strong community spirit here, which makes the work even more meaningful.

Outside of work, I’m Poole Town FC’s kitman, so weekends usually involve sitting in a dugout at various football grounds across the southern region. When I’m not doing that, you’ll most likely find me at the cinema or enjoying live music at a gig.

Some of my favourite places to visit locally include Poole Quay, the Purbeck region, and Upton Country Park. We’re lucky to have so many beautiful spots nearby to unwind and recharge.

As for a few fun facts—I have eleven tattoos, the most recent being a “bedsheet” ghost I got at a music festival earlier this summer! I also co-run a TikTok account with a Poole Town colleague, and a video of me thumb wrestling a referee recently went viral!
