I spent a significant number of years as a senior operational manager and found that the balancing organisational objectives, various performance targets whilst having the legal responsibility of ensuring the safety of staff, customers and other visitors quite a challenge. The main issue was ensuring that we had suitable systems in place and that people followed those instructions. In other words, merging systems and behaviours.
I set up CT Health & Safety in the belief that by ‘Integrating Health and Safety into Your Workplace’ you can both deliver organisational objectives as well as your legal and moral obligations under health and safety law. There are several documents that you must have in place, and we can ensure that you comply with those regulations as well as training to ensure appropriate behaviours are observed.
In my spare time, I like to fly fish and learning to tie my own flies. I enjoy time outside walking and exploring new areas.
